This notice describes how JustKalinga Social Hub, operated by JustKalinga, handles information in connection with social.justkalinga.com and the social-media integrations managed through that service. It is distinct from the JustKalinga store privacy policy, which addresses the main ecommerce website.
Information the Social Hub may handle
Depending on the integrations and functions enabled, the Social Hub may process social account and page identifiers, usernames, account connection and permission details, authorization credentials, scheduled and published post content, uploaded images and videos, publishing status and error logs, comments, engagement information and analytics that an authorized platform makes available. Administrative site usage may also involve login/session information and routine server logs.
Why this information is used
We use this information to connect accounts authorized by their owners or administrators, manage and publish content, deliver media, retrieve permitted insights, secure the service and troubleshoot problems. The permissions and data available depend on the relevant platform and the features the administrator has enabled.
Service providers and connected platforms
Social Hub integrates with supported social networks and services such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Google Drive and Pinterest. The hosting, media storage and delivery workflow may also involve WordPress hosting and storage providers, including WPMU DEV and Supabase. Each external platform or provider may process information under its own terms and privacy notice.
Security and retention
Administrative access is controlled through the site’s access permissions, and the application uses technical measures to protect connected account credentials. No online system can guarantee complete security. We retain information for operational, security and applicable legal purposes as needed; exact periods may vary with the type of record, connected service and applicable requirements. Your choices and data deletion
You may revoke an application’s access from the applicable social platform. Revoking access may prevent future collection, but does not necessarily remove information already held by the Social Hub. Requests may require verification and may be subject to applicable retention obligations.
