Request deletion of your data
If you believe JustKalinga Social Hub holds personal information about you or information associated with an account you are authorized to manage, you can request a review and deletion of data under our control.
- Email justkalinga@gmail.com with the subject Social Hub Data Deletion Request.
- Identify the relevant service (Facebook, Instagram, Threads or another connected platform) and the account, Page or profile involved. Describe the data you would like us to review or delete.
- We may request reasonable verification of your identity or authority to manage that account before acting on your request. Never send passwords, one-time login codes or access tokens.
- We will review the request, explain any information we can delete or must retain, and respond using the contact details you provide, subject to applicable requirements.
Revoke access to connected accounts
You can also remove JustKalinga Social Hub’s permission to access your account in the applicable Facebook, Instagram, Threads or other platform’s connected-app settings. Revoking access stops or limits future authorized access, but it does not necessarily erase previously retained Social Hub records or content already published on external platforms. Submit the email request above when you also want us to review data already under our control.
Scope
This page explains how to submit a deletion request. It is not an instant-deletion form or automated deletion endpoint. Records maintained by external platforms are governed by those platforms’ own settings and policies. For details about our data practices, see the Social Hub Privacy Policy.
